我们open 文件时看清楚所需要参数，参数1是要创建的文件名称，参数2是文件模式那么

我们通过查Python i/o api不难查出 “a+”可以实现之前的content不被覆盖功能

“r+”,“w”,"w+" 都会将已写入的内容清除掉重新开始写入新的内容

下面就献上实例;

files = open("result.xml", "a+")
files.write(resultdiction[‘count‘] + "\n" + resultdiction[‘requesttime‘] + "\n"
            + resultdiction[‘Average‘] + "\n" + resultdiction[‘faulat‘] + "\n"
            + resultdiction[‘faulatcode‘] + "\n" + resultdiction[‘succeed‘] + "\n"
            + resultdiction[‘succeedcode‘] + "\n")
files.close()
